In 2022, as the side effects of GLP-1 treatment began to materialize, Dr. Snyder asked his wife Jessica, a certified dietician, to provide his patients with a shopping list of vitamins, proteins and fibers to combat things like “Ozempic face.” It helped, but he knew there must be an easier way.
How do we help more people?
Determined to solve the nutrition crisis at scale, Dr. Snyder formed a team of doctors and nutritionists whom, over the course of two-years, researched and formulated a shake-based formula that could make bridging the nutrient gap both easy AND delicious for GLP-1 users everywhere. Rock the Shot® was born.
